My bucket just doesn't fit quite right seeing if anyone know how to do this mod. Seeing if they could help me with it.

It's not easy or fun; you need to use the thinnest blade you can find, and any power tool increases the risk of a mistake. Have you looked at removing the lower back tube instead? That way an error or a seam is less obvious. Also consider just expanding the opening. I had an EVO3 clone bucket that was too tight, and I cut about 1/4" off the back of the neck hole. It was effectively an invisible mod.

That said, my schnozz was crammed against the visor once I got it on!
